Terms and Conditions: For Tour Package

1. Price can be changed without Prior Notice: Changes in price of the holiday package is depend on room availability or airlines seat availability or any other unexpected occur circumstances for required date and prefer package if not finalize the trip on dateline or on time.
2. Date for Passport collection: 35 days before in case of Europe USA or long haul destinations. For Asia or short haul destinations at least 14 days before along with all necessary required documents as per respective country’s rule and regulation to obtain visa.
3. Payment Conditions:

• 20% non-refundable down payment should make upon signing of agreement which is for visa Fee, insurance Charge & other processing fees.
• 50% of total package cost should be paid before 30 days prior to departure date or confirmation of the package itinerary whichever is earlier.
• 30% due payment should be made 7 days before of departure.
• If Departure date is within 15 days, 100% payment should be made at the time of package confirmation.

4. Cancelation Charges:

• Airline tickets will be refundable or non-refundable as per airlines policy. If refundable, the refund will be made after deducting cancellation Fees and service charges.  Note: Most of the airlines provide non-refundable ticket for tour package.
• 25% of the package cost will be charged if cancelled between 23-30 days prior to departure date.
• 50% of the package cost will be charged if cancelled between 16-22 days prior to departure date.
• 80% of the package price will be charged if cancelled between 10-15 days prior to departure date.
• 100% non refundable if cancelled within 10 days of prior of departure date.
• Visa Fees and service charges are non-refundable once confirmed.

5. Un-utilized services: Any services such as entrance tickets, shopping vouchers, transport, meals, hotels etc. which has not been used during the package will not be refunded.

6. Visa Travels & Tours (P) Ltd. will not be responsible in cases of refusal of boarding pass by the airline or by the immigration authorities irrespective of any reasons cited by them. Immigration part to be handled by traveler them self. If occurrence of any such cases Visa Travels & Tours (P) Ltd. will not be guaranteed but we co-operate our best and ready to provide help by all legal and ethical means.
